Requirements
- Experience or knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Sigma, and Tableau
- Ability to think outside the box to complete the expectations of the role, while looking for ways to make the department more efficient

Responsibilities
- Provide support to retail stores with any operations related questions
- Plan and perform process reviews
- Test or monitor dealership related operations
- Problem solve process concerns with retail leadership
- Develop and manage documentation using multiple tools, including Microsoft Office, Sigma, Tableau, etc.
- Analyze and/or create reporting to determine support opportunities
