Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Sales operations, business process improvement, or related roles within a fast-paced environment
- 5+ years with Salesforce and other Sales automation platforms
- 5+ years experience with Salesforce CPQ
- 5+ years of experience managing a team, with a track record of fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Strong leadership and communication skills to drive alignment and inspire teams
- Proficiency in finance operations and business process optimization
- Certification in CRM platforms and familiarity with compliance requirements like SOX and ITGC
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a clear vision for the Sales & CS Platform team, aligning objectives with broader business goals
- Lead and mentor a team that consists of a product manager, product owner, and administrators, fostering a collaborative environment
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Enterprise Technology teams to ensure alignment and integration
- Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across the team and organization
- Define success metrics for the team and monitor progress toward achieving key objectives
- Represent the team in broader company initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
- Act as a thought leader in finance technology and operational strategy, driving competitive advantage through innovation
- Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
- Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested
