Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience with government equipment, property management, or total product lifecycle
  • 4+ years of experience in maintaining Asset Management, Supply Chain Visibility, Cross-Functional Data integration, Risk Management, and Inventory or Fleet Management
  • 4+ years of experience with oversight of training, transport services, land mobile radio, SATCOM, logistics services, warehouse services, personnel security, management and oversight of classified and unclassified official diplomatic items, special event service, and country or location-specific services
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of equipment and property management tools or systems and property management tracking systems
  • Ability to maintain adherence to classified and unclassified official diplomatic items security standards, and conduct warehouse operations to ship, receive, dispose, and store all IT equipment in accordance with local and Government-certified warehouse requirements for CONUS and OCONUS locations
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Identify, track, and control government and contractor acquired assets and maintain inventory records
  • Oversee the receipt, delivery, transfer, or disposition of assets in accordance with applicable government regulations using current technology
  • Demonstrate initiative and effective follow-through
  • Apply expertise in configuration management, life cycle support, document control, database management, and logistics engineering for hardware
  • Maintain receivables and protection of goods and collaborate with Government Furnished Property (GFP) staff and the receiving manager to ensure the efficient and effective movement of both Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and GFP property
  • Maintain responsibility for assembling data and updating and maintaining up-to-date inventory of all GFP and GFE
