Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working in a professional environment
- 5+ years of experience supporting the DoD, DOE, or DHS and interacting with senior leaders
- 5+ years of experience in OT and ICS cybersecurity
- Experience at organizations supporting cybersecurity of critical infrastructure, including DoD service program offices
- Knowledge of cyberspace defense, cybersecurity, and compliance policy and documentation standards, frameworks, and vocabulary, including Chairman Joint Chief of Staff Manual (CJCSM) 6510.01B, Joint Publication (JP) 3-12, and DoD Instruction (DODI) 8530.01
- Knowledge of defining security requirements, security assessments, and security recommendations using industry standards as reference models
- Knowledge of designing, developing, or integrating information assurance and security systems and system components
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Support client efforts by bringing in-depth understanding and expertise of both Defense Critical Infrastructure and operational technology cybersecurity to help reduce cyber risk to critical missions
- Assist with developing best practices and policies to better enable DoD services to implement cyber risk management to protect and defend Defense Critical Infrastructure and the commercial critical infrastructure that the DoD depends on
- Lead collaborative teams, synthesize findings and communicate results to non-technical clients
- Develop and coordinate staffing packages for senior leadership
- Implement departmental requirements for task actions to services and combatant commanders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in critical infrastructure risk management
- Experience assessing cyber resiliency of critical DoD missions, cognizant of methods to wargame emerging concepts and capabilities, including artificial intelligence, data science, and immersive technology
- Experience as an operations research systems analyst (ORSA)
- Experience supporting DoD cyber or space-focused organizations
- Experience with data analysis and modeling and simulation tools
- Knowledge of the Universal Joint Task List (UJTL), MET or METL, and Joint Operations
- Knowledge of the joint planning process and tool suites
- Ability to independently perform detailed qualitative or quantitative analyses to develop recommendations that address challenging client issues
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, CS, Military Operations, or Engineering preferred; Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, CS, or Engineering a plus
- IAM or IAT Level III or CISSP Certification
