Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Comcast products and services
- Experience in sales processes
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office, Google, Facebook, Twitter, mobile apps, and other software programs
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with property management
Responsibilities
- Sell and promote Comcast products including video, high-speed Internet, voice, and XFINITY Home
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Proactively follow up with customers and property staff regarding sales and product issues
- Develop strong working relationships with property management and leasing staff
- Manage and attend frequent on-site events to generate subscriber growth
- Utilize available programs to drive customer acquisition and retention
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience preferred
