Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level security systems
  • Strong knowledge of security technologies including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and integrated security management systems
  • Proven experience in project management, including budgeting and resource allocation
  • Proficiency in CAD software for creating system designs and architectural drawings
  • Experience with IP networking and IT infrastructure as it relates to security systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
  • Ability to obtain and maintain relevant security clearances
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities

Responsibilities

  • Design and engineer comprehensive security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and integrated security management platforms.
  • Manage security system projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct site surveys and risk assessments to determine appropriate security measures and technologies.
  • Develop detailed system specifications, architectural drawings, and technical documentation for security installations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security systems integrate seamlessly with IT infrastructure and other relevant systems.
  • Evaluate and recommend new security technologies and products to enhance Anduril’s security posture.
  • Manage and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and integrators throughout the implementation process.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide advanced support for security systems.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for security system operations and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies in all security system designs and implementations.
  • Provide technical training and support to security personnel and end-users on new systems and technologies.
  • Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in security technology and apply this knowledge to continuously improve Anduril’s security infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud-based security solutions and IoT devices
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in security systems
  • Familiarity with NIST cybersecurity framework and other relevant standards
  • Experience in a defense or high-tech industry setting
  • Exposure to UL 2050 considerations for US Government Classified programs
