Requirements
- Conduct laboratory tests of dairy products efficiently and accurately in accordance with Standard Lab Methods, North Carolina Regulations, FDA, and Saputo Cheese USA, Inc. standards
- Responsible for testing raw ingredients and finished product
- Responsible for equipment calibrations
- Accurately record data
- Promptly notify Quality Manager and/or Supervisor
