Requirements

  • 5+ years of analytics experience with a background in product analytics
  • Ability to write clean SQL/Snowflake queries and employ visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

Responsibilities

  • Designing, developing, and overseeing A/B tests
  • Acquiring a deep understanding of the business, recommending and developing appropriate KPI metrics for our goals
  • Translating data into consumable, actionable narratives; regularly update the company, including senior leadership, with results and strategic recommendations
  • Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to assess performance and to identify and prioritize opportunities
  • Looking ahead towards future initiatives and advise on data and eventing design during implementation
  • Being a thought leader; partnering with your stakeholders to drive continuous improvement on the platform
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Quantitative undergraduate degree (such as Math, Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, etc.) with a strong academic record preferred
