Requirements
- 10+ years relevant experience that includes
- Experience working for or with health plans or PBMs
- A track record of working with high-performing Growth teams
- Building and scaling systems and processes in high-growth, fast-paced, high-performing environments
- Demonstrated ability to develop meaningful cross-functional relationships
- Is a strong executive communicator, partner and teammate
- Is effective at navigating ambiguity and leading through change
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute against a scaled channel service models varied by type of partnership that drive increased revenue generation and higher operating margins
- Report on key financial and operational metrics at the aggregate and individual channel levels, so that internal teams and executives at Maven understand the health of each channel partnership, including ownership of the channel steering committee
- Oversee channel enrollments across all lines of business with support from the Channel, Client Success, Marketing, and Product teams
- Partner with internal channel leaders and other internal stakeholders to identify, develop actions, and project manage improvement strategies for under performing channels
- Establish cross-channel operations, pricing, and contracting strategies, including but not limited to enrollment marketing related obligations, performance guarantees, and product related integrations
- Ensure Maven is meeting its contractual obligations, working with teams to deliver on performance guarantees, SLA reporting, and other commitments
- Scope and define adjacent partner relationships in categories like healthcare experience, brokers & consultants, and similar
- Act as the primary point of contact to other Growth functions as well as Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations for market insight translation, non-standard projects and integrations, and channel team support needs
- Ensure knowledge transfer and standardization across channel growth team members by maintaining and training on account management functions
- Partner with the Product Marketing team to establish and maintain library of channel marketing materials and RFP responses
Preferred Qualifications
- Operationalized complex partnerships in the payer and/or provider spaces, including benefit administration
- Experience across multiple areas of the healthcare continuum (e.g. provider, value-based care, digital health)
- Startup experience
