Requirements
- 5+ years of Paralegal experience
- Bachelors degree required
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of law-related tasks under the direction of CVS Caremark attorneys and other legal professionals
- Conduct legal research
- Draft legal documents
- Work as lead paralegal for pharmacy complaints: logging/tracking, supporting attorneys with review, draft response and completion (notarization) where applicable
- Be the lead contact for various business teams handling pharmacy complaints, including attending all related meetings on behalf of the Caremark Pharmacy Networks legal team
- Support the legal team with the Caremark Provider Manual requirements, special projects and ad hoc requests
- Assist the legal team in responding to Pharmacy Networks related insurance department inquiries, examinations and enforcement actions
Preferred Qualifications
- Law firm experience preferred
- Healthcare and or regulatory experience
