Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Design, or a related field–OR equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project coordination, project support, or junior project manager role, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines concurrently in a dynamic and cross-functional setting.
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive and flexible mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and implementation of workplace pilots that evaluate concepts in workplace design, technology, and employee experience programs.
  • Assist in creating detailed project plans, comprehensive schedules, and communication plans for each pilot. This includes proactively identifying potential risks, dependencies, and proposing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support project lifecycles from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, reporting, and closure, ensuring meticulous alignment with our strategic objectives.
  • Assist in summarizing insights and recommendations for leadership presentations and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders; including, but not limited to: internal Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS), Business Technology (IT), Employee Success (HR), Legal, and Global Safety & Security.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience coordinating projects specifically related to workplace design/strategy.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, innovative, or M&A-driven environment where rapid learning and reporting are valued.
  • Deep understanding of corporate real estate fundamentals.
