Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to develop credibility quickly and build successful relationships
• Strong sense of accountability; ability to own projects and drive them to completion
• Experience managing, developing and mentoring other teammates
• Enjoys being part of a team
• Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in a strategy or project management role in an analytical environment (e.g., consulting, investment banking)

• Support project scoping
• Manage workstreams
• Drive strategic insight and decision making

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in healthcare (not required but preferred)
