Requirements
- 5 + years building production React/Next.js front‑ends for high‑traffic sites.
- Portfolio that showcases pixel‑perfect UI, thoughtful motion, and responsive behavior.
- Fluency with TailwindCSS, Vercel, and modern web tooling
- Hands‑on experience modeling and integrating headless CMSs (we use Sanity).
- Clear, concise communicator who collaborates tightly with designers, PMM, and engineers.
- Ability to sketch ideas—in code or on paper—to converge on solutions quickly.

- Comfortable hand‑coding responsive HTML emails.
- Proven track record of squeezing every millisecond and SEO point out of a page.
Responsibilities
- Ship and maintain the high‑traffic marketing site end‑to‑end—configure Vercel deployments, manage sub‑domains, author polished MDX components, and monitor uptime.
- Architect and launch new landing and product pages that convert visitors into qualified leads.
- Prototype and release microsites and interactive demos that generate demand and educate the legal‑AI community.
- Extend and harden the Sanity CMS schema so Marketing can publish without engineering help.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate messaging into compelling web experiences.
- Design directly in code when Figma comps aren’t available; unblock yourself and others.
- Continually evaluate and upgrade the Next.js / React / Tailwind stack for performance and DX.
- Dive into the product repo to maintain and evolve the shared design system.
- Tackle small in‑app features when bandwidth or urgency requires
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience shipping at a hyper‑growth startup.

- Background in graphic or brand design; sharp eye for typography, grid, and composition.
- Interest in generative design and AI‑assisted creative workflows.
