Responsibilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and understand technical information.
- Perform analysis to understand the current state of the system.
- Write and edit technical documentation including knowledge articles and system documentation to reflect the current state.
- Organize and present information in a structured and easily digestible format for various audiences.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all documentation.
- Update existing documentation to reflect changes in technology, products, or processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous exposure to Ruby on Rails frameworks is a major plus
