AI/ML Strategy & Solutions Associate

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in AI/ML solution design and implementation within a large enterprise.
Strong background in product management and managing complex, cross-functional projects.
Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, methodologies, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and departments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Oversee the centralized intake process for AI/ML use cases across CCB and maintain alignment with strategic goals.
Lead discovery, solution design, and POC scoping for prioritized use cases, ensuring timely project progression.
Develop and promote the strategic vision for AI/ML solutions, advocating for their value and impact.
Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate project status, vision, requirements, and next steps.
Identify and engage strategic partners to contribute to solution design and foster a collaborative environment.
Develop and implement best practices for integrating AI/ML solutions as scalable capabilities.
Own a portfolio of work by LOB or function to build deep domain expertise and stay informed about industry trends.
Incorporate product management, change management, and solution design best practices into all projects.
