Requirements

  • 5+ years’ work experience
  • 1+ year lead experience on eClinicalWorks, Touch Works
  • High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

  • EMR systems (eClinicalWorks, Touch Works) development and support.
  • Manage, Maintain the optimal performance of backend systems integrated with eClinicalWorks EMR, Touch Work.
  • Apply SW updates, patches, security fixes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API integration, data exchange protocols and system performance.
  • Manage logs, error reports and sys alerts.
  • Optimize DB performance and perform maintenance tasks / query indexing.
  • Lead the application design and configuration process.
  • Act as the primary contact for application-related queries.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure successful application deployment.
  • Provide guidance on solution architecture and design best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of application development processes.
