EMR systems (eClinicalWorks, Touch Works) development and support.
Manage, Maintain the optimal performance of backend systems integrated with eClinicalWorks EMR, Touch Work.
Apply SW updates, patches, security fixes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API integration, data exchange protocols and system performance.
Manage logs, error reports and sys alerts.
Optimize DB performance and perform maintenance tasks / query indexing.
Lead the application design and configuration process.
Act as the primary contact for application-related queries.
Collaborate with teams to ensure successful application deployment.
Provide guidance on solution architecture and design best practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of application development processes.
