Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field
- Extensive experience (~10 years) in the GTM domain, specifically with Salesforce CRM and Sales & Service Cloud
- Demonstrated ability to build and mentor a team of product owners/managers in a hyper-growth environment
- Strong understanding of business drivers
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to create and present functional designs
- Experience in technology vendor evaluation and management
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with Asana’s business objectives
- Design and maintain a balanced product roadmap
- Systematically evaluate and prioritize features and initiatives
- Enhance product efficiency and effectiveness
- Spearhead the development of GenAI solutions
- Utilize advanced analytics to optimize Core CRM products
