Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Recognized qualification or accreditation in program management.
- Demonstrated experience in project and program management across industries.
- Strong communication skills, resilience, and a critical, solution-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Legal, or related field and 5 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 7 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
- 4 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
- 4 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve continuous improvement programs across the Item Integrity and Content Strategy function.
- Act as Business Operations Lead to the VP, supporting strategic planning, operational rhythm, and cross-functional coordination.
- Manage the development and execution of the annual business plan and budget.
- Coordinate internal communications, executive presentations, and strategic updates across business areas.
- Facilitate and coordinate outcomes from bi-weekly BIITWI listening sessions, ensuring follow-through on key actions, while also supporting the synthesis and execution of outcomes from listening sessions held during the Annual Year Beginning Meeting (YBM) and Holiday Meeting.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Walmart’s eCommerce and enterprise teams to ensure alignment and momentum.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
- Accreditation in Six Sigma, Lean Thinking, or equivalent methodologies.
- Background in Corporate Communications Management.
- Experience developing training curriculum or content.
- Managing cross-functional teams.
- Managing Large Scale Change Initiatives.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Retail consulting.
- Walmart experience in Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, or Finance, including at least 2 years in a role requiring strategy development.
