Requirements

• High School Diploma/ GED- Preferred
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in the state of IL- Required

Responsibilities

• Perform delegated patient care activities under the direction of the registered nurse (RN)
• Provide for a patient’s activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Limited screening, collection, and recording of data and information
• Maintenance of unit supplies and equipment
• Patient transporting
• Answering call-lights, telephone, Vocera
