Requirements
- Minimum two-year degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in the administrative field supporting senior leaders; high-tech background a plus
- Experience in understanding and navigating business-specific functions to accelerate problem-solving and proactive tasks
- Advanced skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Must have initiative and be able to exercise judgment
- Must have the ability to complete tasks without detailed instructions
- Must be detail oriented, prompt, flexible, and dependable.
Responsibilities
- Provide confidential administrative support to the People & Culture Leadership team (excluding the Chief People Officer)
- Coordinate schedules for meetings, arranges appointments, schedules visitors, maintains calendars and plans travel
- Performs complex duties that vary in methods, procedures, and standards
- Manage correspondence and assemble highly confidential and sensitive information
- Make travel arrangements for the People & Culture Leadership team (excluding the Chief People Officer)
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and protect highly confidential corporate information
- Coordinate logistics associated with Executives’ rhythm of business
- Event planning and support for department related events, team all hands and other related activities
- Exercises judgment aligned with BeF5 and LeadF5 behaviors
- Works independently under instructions in a fast-paced environment
- Partners with assistants and coordinators throughout the company, sharing knowledge and resources
- Responsible for upholding F5’s Business Code of Ethics and promptly reporting violations of the Code or company policies
- Performs duties as assigned.
