Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing (or in a related/relevant field)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is required
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • A strong critical quantitative thinker
  • Skilled in project management and operations
  • Experienced in executing digital or print marketing campaigns
  • Have an interest in improving processes and scaling activity
  • A self-starter who takes initiative

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for managing the error free execution of direct mail campaigns for HelloFresh Canada, Chefs Plate and Factor Canada.
  • Execute monthly direct mail audience targeting by working with large Canada Post and internal data sets via Excel.
  • Own the relationship with external vendors and partners to execute Direct Mail campaigns.
  • Manage the creative pipeline with the Brand Team (approval of design, copy and landing pages).
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, data reporting and analyzing insights.
  • Manage critical operations including voucher creation, campaign setup, invoicing and cost reporting.
  • Responsible for the month end finance process including but not limited to the approval of invoices and variance analysis.
  • Project manage ad hoc marketing campaigns in Direct Mail and other growth channels: developing strategy, planning, execution, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to drive customer growth in specific audience segments and geographic regions.
  • Develop strategy for the testing pipeline for discounting, creative, format and audiences as well as any other levers that will contribute to the success of your channels.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and optimization as well as challenges and provide recommendations for solutions that improve core KPIs.
  • All other duties, as assigned
