Lead product UX design for one of the major areas of our global product suite.
Define the overall UX design vision for a product, feature or experience working within the scope and customer needs as defined by the product manager.
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly prototype and test with the User Research team and iterate designs.
Analyze customer problems and oversee the design of delightful solutions that meet measurable business goals.
Work closely with product and business partners to develop a shared vision and lead a process to define and design experiences that deliver on those shared objectives.
Influence UX design and product through the development of frameworks that help simplify the product user and customer experiences.
Partner with other design leaders to improve the quality of your designs and continue your growth as a design leader.

Preferred qualification: Background in Consumer products design within large ecosystems
Preferred qualification: Familiar with Medical Device development processes
