Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
- 5+ years of branding experience in B2B markets and/or marcom/agency experience
- Proven track record in building a world-class marketing program
- Experience in effectively leading cross-functional teams and agencies
- Interact effectively with all levels of the organization
- Results oriented and demonstrated creativity through prior work
- Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of both direct and indirect sales channels
- Skillful verbal and written communicator
- Organized, methodical, strong project manager
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and a team player
Responsibilities
- Lead marketing programs, managing development and production of marketing materials
- Ability to make appropriate decisions and resolve challenges with all or partial information
- Engages, inspires and galvanizes the organization around the corporate marketing vision, position and strategies so they are clear in bringing them to life in their areas of expertise
- Participates in corporate marketing strategy discussions and in target audiences
- Participate in the development of overall marketing programs that details specific campaigns and activities designed to achieve agreed upon business objectives
- Working with the Creative Director, to ensure that initiatives are executed in a manner consistent with corporate marketing objectives
- Manage the brand request email inbox, including evaluating brand requirements, answering questions and responding in a timely manner

- Adobe AEM and Asana experience a plus
