Requirements

  • Administering regulatory exams, ad hoc and continuous monitoring activities
  • Planning and scheduling work to meet regulatory organizational and regulatory requirements
  • Project management skills and experience sufficient to successfully complete long and short-term projects
  • Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications, including database applications and regulatory agency systems

Responsibilities

  • Acts as the firm’s primary point of contact with all prudential regulators, including the Fed’s CPC (Central Point of Contact)
  • Builds strong relationships with the CPC and other regulators with a focus on maintaining the firm’s credibility and culture of transparency
  • Schedules and coordinates regulatory exams of RJF, TSC, RJB, RJT, and RJTCNH
  • Facilitates regulatory monitoring activities and supervisory planning, including tracking exam findings and responses to regulatory inquiries
  • Supports regulator continuous monitoring, documentation, and meeting requests
  • Coordinates with members of executive management regarding exams, inquiries and related regulatory expectations
