Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and/or assessing Oracle Cloud security and SOD controls related to multiple versions of the Oracle Cloud application product suite.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Oracle Cloud Security, including role designing across functional (HCM, ERP, EPM, CX, Report Security) and technical (e.g. – Security Console, Setup & Maintenance, OIC) domain areas.
- Experienced with Oracle Cloud Risk Management Cloud (RMC) design, implementation or assessment experience, including Advanced Access Controls (AAC), Advanced Financial Controls (AFC) and Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC).
- Proven experience managing Oracle Cloud product implementations and configurations.
- Experienced with Business process risk & control design, implementation or assessment across finance, supply chain and human resource business cycles;
- Have experience in leading security/RMC design workshops with client stakeholders
- English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language.
Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and implement security strategies and solutions tailored to HCM and ERP within Oracle Cloud to protect sensitive business data.
- Actively participate in the business development process and contribute to building out the team by coaching and mentoring new team members.
- Lead client engagements, ensuring that deliverables meet contract and work plan objectives.
- Strengthen client relationships through regular interactions, understanding their business, and communicating expectations to the engagement team.
- Design and enforce strict security configurations and access controls, addressing security requirements adequately during cloud migration or setup.
- Regularly review and refine security configurations, staying abreast of Oracle’s product roadmaps, especially concerning security enhancements.
- Develop and implement SoD policies, aligning them with business needs and compliance requirements.
- Monitor internal controls within Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Design and implement efficient new joiner, mover, leaver processes.
- Lead components of engagements and contribute to engagement planning, ensuring alignment with the client’s business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Industry-recognized Professional Security certification (e.g. CISSP).
- Certifications in Oracle Core HR, Oracle Financials, or Procurement.
- Certified in Oracle Cloud Security Foundation or Professional.
