Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; JD preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a litigation law firm in Texas and/or Florida; employment law preferred.
- Proven work in fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of matter staffing, understanding each case’s unique needs as well as a deep understanding of individual attorney knowledge skills and abilities.
- Use firm resources and technology.
- Ensure attorneys’ caseloads stay on track to meet billable requirements.
- Handle transitions of matters during attorney departures, leaves of absence, and integration of new hires.
- Maintain a client-focused approach to strengthen relationships. Recognize the significance of each opportunity to nurture and strengthen client relationships within local offices.
