Requirements

  • One to Three Years Sales Account Management, Merchandising, Supply Chain Operations, Quality/Line Cleaning and/or CPG Experience
  • One to Three Years Data Analysis Experience
  • Strong Relationship Building, Communication and Collaboration Skills (Verbal and Written)
  • MS Office Suite Experience (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent Certification; with Some Business or other Related Field College Education

Responsibilities

  • Provides and produces quality-related analytics and reporting in support of quality and compliance across all Hometowns.
  • Produces Swap and Drop reports and missed In-Market Swap opportunity analysis.
  • Analyzes QAS results and create recommendations based on results.
  • Analyzes lost sales from blacklist items for box resets.
  • Performs Quality Specialist daily tasks and time restraints analysis; and provides recommendations for improvements.
  • Analyzes pallet holds/close dated product received and analyze impact on Close Date (CD) list.
  • Analyzes At Risk SKU reporting vs DSOF opt-ins and Brand Builder recommendations.
  • Maintains KPIs for Quality Rotation Objectives, Manager OOD Surveys, Line cleaning, and other applicable data/compliance reporting.
  • Provides product exchange analytics for TABC Compliance– over 25CEs, next delivery day, accurate entries.
  • Prepares and analyzes the Net 0 invoices on swaps report.
  • Updates and tracks monthly quality KPIs for Hometown Sales teams.
  • Analyzes impact on quality and rotation in-market and financial impact on DC; 1P1XPW (i.e., 1 Package 1 Time Per Week).
  • Produces analysis on Close Data Beer and follows-up with Sales Leaders/Brand team accordingly.
  • Analyzes, identifies, and develops quality processes and systems to improve overall quality processes and standards and ensure compliance.
  • Assists with updating and maintaining quality processes documents and walk-through records.
  • Assists with product recalls and market retrievals; produces reports and creates presentations with data collected for Hometown Sales Leaders.
  • Acts as a Quality SME for the Quality Specialist systems and processes.
  • Reviews the Product Freshness Guide for accuracy and application.
  • Assists with expediting Supplier recalls and market retrievals based on urgency level.
  • Supports the annual Molson Coors audit process to ensure all Hometown teams are in compliance and able to produce the required documentations.
  • Provides support for the Swap and Drop, In-market swap, Exchange process to ensure TABC compliance as needed.
  • Prepares reports and communications to each Hometown Sales VPs on a variety of quality processes (i.e., OOD, Rotation Objectives, Quality Specialist lines cleaned execution, etc.).
  • Produces and published the Concession Equipment Cleaning Reports on a monthly cadence.
  • Maintains and creates a variety of quality reports.
  • Provides support for the Quality Specialist and Draft teams as required to ensure the proper equipment and training is available to effectively execute their duties in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Supports team member safety, Supplier/Regulatory compliance, and Supplier compliance programs, processes and standards as required under the direction of the Quality Assurance Manager and Safety and Compliance Manager.
  • Participates and provides analysis and reporting for a variety of quality-related surveys and audits.
  • Compiles report for Quality Assurance Surveys (Internal).
  • Assists with Supplier external and internal audits.
  • Assists with internal Quality Assurance Surveys and external supplier audits.
  • Stays abreast and researches quality assurance, TABC regulatory and distribution industry standards and practices.
  • Supports the implementation of new practices and procedures to ensure a high level of product quality in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Manager and other Andrews’ Leaders.
  • Maintains a deep knowledge/understanding of quality standards and processes.
  • Provides insight on count/rotation in-market by completing ride-withs and documents and analyzes best practices for rotation and overall quality management.
  • Supports as SME in PM initiatives as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Operations and/or Sales/Merchandising Experience with Product Knowledge, Rotation and TABC/Compliance Practices
  • College Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Other Related Field
  • Strong Relationship Building and Ability to Influence Others
  • Previous Supervisory Experience
