Responsibilities

  • Key decision maker for the long-term strategic direction of FIS’ sales commission administration
  • Responsible for managing payments in annual FIS sales incentive payments
  • Responsible for maintaining and administering FIS’ Sales Governance Compensation Adjudication (Exception Handling) process
  • Responsible for cross-functional collaboration and coordination with key internal stakeholders, including People Office, Sales, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Business leaders, to manage FIS’ Sales Incentive Compensation program
  • Engage and manage critical cross-functional partnerships
  • Responsible for understanding commission accounting, incentive compensation processing, and how to communicate with sales colleagues effectively
  • Communicates effectively and with authority with FIS Executives; demonstrates I-Comp’s value creation by seeking and delivering cross-functional alignment on priorities and proposed solutions
  • Responsible for management and configuration of FIS’ Sales Commissions Tool Xactly
  • Responsible for identifying and recommending cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives within the processing area
  • Responsible for identifying operational risk and formulating solutions to mitigate risk
  • Responsible for representing incentive compensation in employee litigation matters with the Legal department
  • Responsible for FIS SOX-Control procedures and policies
  • Responsible for the sales incentive payment controls and procedures
  • Responsible for Internal Audits involving sales commissions
  • Responsible for managing the external partnerships with Canidium & Xactly, ensuring positive outcomes for FIS
  • Responsible for leading and motivating the FIS Incentive Compensation Team
  • Responsible for developing leaders and creating sustainable succession plans for self and direct reports
  • Responsible for the annual department financial budget
  • Responsible for providing FIS Treasury with payment actual/estimates for accurate cash forecasting
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.
