Requirements
- Robust writing and editing skills, with a mastery of different tones of voice, a firm grasp of AP style, and a knack for adding creativity to what you do
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in internal communications or employee engagement
- Expertise in employee communications and engagement strategies, including change management
- Proven competence in executing projects alongside cross-functional teams
- Organizational skills to work independently and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Serve as the content manager for the company intranet, managing an editorial calendar and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure content is current, engaging and easy to navigate
- Serve as strategic counsel to key stakeholders to help develop employee communication strategies that support company objectives
- Craft clear, compelling messaging for a variety of channels, including emails, newsletters, digital signage and the intranet, incorporating creativity and change management tactics
- Partner with our technical team to develop a proposal for an intranet redesign, using engagement data, employee feedback, industry best practices and your own creativity to suggest enhancements that support our business needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with intranet redesigns or content management is a plus
- Strategic and creative thinking skills
- Experience building relationships with key stakeholders and advising top leadership
