Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management roles
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- High attention to detail and well organized
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
- Advanced MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) skills
Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
- Work closely with internal teams, including finance, operations, and legal, to align procurement strategies with organizational objectives
- Train employees the process of inputting Requisitions and change orders. Travel to other office locations possible
- Prepare and present procurement reports, including cost analysis, supplier performance metrics, and contract statuses
