Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
  • Work closely with internal teams, including finance, operations, and legal, to align procurement strategies with organizational objectives
  • Train employees the process of inputting Requisitions and change orders. Travel to other office locations possible
  • Prepare and present procurement reports, including cost analysis, supplier performance metrics, and contract statuses
