Requirements
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
- 10 + years of experience in business partnering, client management, or internal relationship management.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across different organizational levels.
- Excellent active listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to synthesize information from various sources and present it effectively.
- Demonstrated bias to thoughtful action
- Experience working in a large, complex organization.
- An understanding of real estate and workplace services is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between REWS and assigned business units, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Actively engage with business leaders to understand their organizational structure, key initiatives, and future plans.
- Develop a strong internal network within both REWS and the business units.
- Facilitate the flow of information and feedback between REWS teams and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with REWS specialists (e.g., space planners, workplace services managers, workplace research and innovation, design and delivery team etc) to ensure business needs are effectively addressed in workplace solutions.
- Integrate across partners, Employee Success, BT, and other functions to provide comprehensive solutions for cross-functional initiatives
- Proactively identify and communicate business unit requirements to inform REWS strategy and service delivery.
- Present REWS plans and initiatives to business stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Work closely with other REWS Business Partners to share best practices and ensure a consistent approach.
- Contribute to the development of internal communication strategies to enhance understanding of REWS services and value.
- Act as an advocate for the business units within the REWS organization.
