Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; Excellent listening skills and energetic phone presence
- Grit, determination, and speed – ability to excel in a fast paced, ambiguous environment and hit ambitious targets
- Proven track record of exceptional problem-solving capability
- Sense of entrepreneurship: a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes
- High level of comfort with sales, prospecting and marketing tools & processes
- Familiarity with data analysis tools; SQL
- Dedication to tracking and improving performance and efficiency on a daily basis
Responsibilities
- Reach out to customers via inbound and outbound calls, SMS, and emails to upgrade them to our new products
- Do whatever it takes to close customers from start to finish; including sales to offer management to customer service to application processing
- Act as a bridge between the customer and product team – gathering, analyzing, and communicating feedback to drive product improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, document, and refine internal processes around product expansion and customer engagement
- Obtain necessary licensure for outbound sales
