Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Linux Systems, including RedHat or CentOS Systems Administration, in an Architectural design or Operations and Sustainment capacity
- 3+ years of experience with Cross Domain Solutions, including Forcepoint High Speed Guards, OWL Diodes, Radiant Mercury, or ISSE Guards
- Experience with the design, deployment, and implementation of Network Security components, firewalls, switches, or VPNs
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in Cross Domain, or 14+ years of experience in Cross Domain in lieu of a degree
- Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IASAE Level II Compliance Certification within 60 days of start date
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain Cross Domain Solutions for an enterprise environment
- Monitor and manage network performance
- Identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network
- Turn metrics into information and explain their meaning to the team
- Share expertise through leadership and mentoring
- Identify new opportunities to modernize the network
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with VMWare ESXi, vSphere, or vRealize Operations
- Experience creating tailored Linux Operating systems through Kickstart or PXE
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code technologies, including Chef, Terraform, Ansible, or SaltStack
- DoD 8570 IASAE Level II Compliance Certification
