Requirements
- Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable using computers and dealership management software
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
Responsibilities
- Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle and needs
- Present vehicle features, model options, purchase and finance options, and dealership services
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through consistent follow-up
- Utilize store management systems to track customer interactions
- Stay up to date on new products, features, accessories, and attend ongoing training
