Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role
- Profound knowledge of various manufacturing processes, machinery, and tools
- Familiarity with GMPs and quality programs
- Practical experience with SAP and MS Office
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and efficient problem solver
- High school diploma; additional technical qualifications in food manufacturing or chemistry are a plus
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Lead and coordinate the production team, guiding and coaching team members
- Plan and schedule production activities using SAP
- Oversee the production of surface treatment products, flavors, and colorants
- Monitor and verify production output according to process specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless production processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is preferred
