Requirements
- 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
- BA/BS Degree
Responsibilities
- Partner with Business Development leadership, Operations Specialists, and other subject matter experts to gather requirements and configure enhancement requests for Salesforce and other Sales systems
- Maintain all aspects of user management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions etc.
- Manage configuration in Salesforce, such as flows, approval processes, and validation rules that align with Sales processes
- Configure and maintain systems that integrate with Salesforce, such as LeanData, Gong and Zoominfo
- Plan, implement, and maintain systems projects, coordinating cross-functionally and with vendors as required
- Help users troubleshoot system issues for Sales and Customer Success departments, and refine tools and processes to maximize efficiency of our system
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional tools such as LeanData, Zoominfo, Gong, etc. preferred
- Platform/App Builder preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
