Requirements
- 10+ years in product management with at least 3 years in a senior or director-level leadership role focused on data platforms, enterprise data products, or infrastructure tooling.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing product and cross-functional teams in dynamic, collaborative environments
- Hands-on experience building or managing products involving big data, cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), data pipelines, and/or AI/ML services.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM), data security, governance, and compliance requirements in enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to define and communicate platform strategies and bring new products or major initiatives to market.
- Experience with enterprise B2B software, ideally in financial services, fintech, or investment management domains.
- Technical literacy to engage deeply with engineers and architects, ideally with experience in data engineering or adjacent technical roles.
- Experience with API-driven architecture and enabling data-as-a-service in a multi-product ecosystem.
- Familiarity with modern data stack tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Kafka, dbt, Airflow, Looker/Tableau, GraphQL).
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Solutions, Engineering, and Product leadership to define the strategy for our enterprise data platform, including vision, goals, roadmap, and measurable KPIs aligned with business and technology needs.
- Partner with data engineering, cloud infrastructure, security, and application product teams to deliver scalable, secure, and intelligent data services and products.
- Act as a key voice in decisions around data architecture, platform evolution, and use of AI/ML to enhance automation, decision-making, and client outcomes.
- Drive adoption and evolution of platform capabilities including data integration, cataloging, identity & access management (IAM), governance, observability, and compliance.
- Help grow a team of product managers, mentoring them in product thinking, stakeholder communication, prioritization, and technical fluency.
- Serve as a trusted cross-functional leader, translating complex technical requirements into actionable product plans and delivering value iteratively.
- Support internal and external use cases for data access, analytics, API delivery, and reporting within a regulated enterprise context.
- Champion best practices in platform product management and agile development in a fast-paced, continuous delivery environment.
