Responsibilities
- Deliver simple solutions to complex problems as a Systems Administrator
- Tailor cutting-edge solutions to the unique requirements of clients
- Manage the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area including technical work
- Develop, review, and approve plans, schedules, consulting agreements and other program documents
- Monitor and improve the processes of Agile Scrum Methodology
- Coach and improve adoption of Lean Agile concepts
- Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues
- Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements and cost efficiencies
- Develop and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with customer best practices and guidance
- Interact with clients, provide cloud support, and make recommendations based on customer needs
