Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to scope, design, and deliver best-in-class reporting and data visualizations using tools like Sigma, Mode
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by identifying root causes of discrepancies and implementing corrective solutions
  • Support Tablet Operations process improvement initiatives, tooling enhancements, and automation projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflows and pain points, and develop tech-enabled solutions
  • Diagnose operational bottlenecks and underlying issues, and translate them into scalable solutions across systems and tools supporting tablet operations.
