Manufacturing Production Lead – Shift Leader

Requirements

• The capability to lead a shift and key work process for the Line.
• Experience with Integrated Lean Six Sigma (IL6S) is required.
• Manufacturing Operations Experience.
• 2-3 years of Supervisory Experience.
• Lean Six Sigma is required.
• GED/High School Required.
• Microsoft Office Intermediate – Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner & Enable the line leader(s) to deliver the SQCDSM targets-Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Morale for the production lines.
• Own the technology, process and centerline settings for the equipment.
• Develop, own and execute the line/s preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans.
• Build technical and maintenance skills of the core team working in the shifts.
• Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Food Manufacturing Experience is a plus.
• TPM preferred.
• SAP preferred.
• Ingredient handling (Mixing experience) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree complete or incomplete / Specialization on Business Administration or Manufacturing Management preferred.
