Senior Marketing Coordinator

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of technical A/E/C industry marketing experience
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient in the Adobe InDesign application
• Ability to interact with senior management, external client organizations and vendors
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint, including use of color palettes, master slides, imported elements and template
• Strong oral, written, and English communication skills
• Excellent organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
• Ability to self-assess and command a high level of accuracy

Responsibilities

• Organizes, coordinates, and controls activities involved in the preparation of marketing proposals, presentations, and submittals in accordance with the PBK brand standards
• Actively involved in the development and management of regional marketing collateral, including resumes, project sheets, brochures, and database content
• Directs and coordinates input from architects, engineers, consultants, and other team members to ensure cohesive and accurate marketing deliverables
• Coordinates work with outside vendors (electronic transfer of data, reprographics, binding, etc.) and consultants
• Conducts market, client, and project research as needed to support proposals and business development effort
• Technical resource and coordinator for projects, requests, and presentations
• Manages the awards calendar and tracks award opportunities in collaboration with the design team, ensuring timely coordination with project teams as submissions are prepared and completed
• Monitors project progress in collaboration with the design team to strategically schedule and coordinate project photography
• Assists marketing department with special projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite
• A background in graphic design, content writing and/or proposal production
