Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering discipline (or higher-level degree), or relevant job experience.
- 3-5 years of hands-on project management and cross-functional engineering team experience.
- Experience managing technical software development projects in a team environment.
- Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The position requires understanding and coordination of development needs across multiple teams.
- Ability to context switch, desire to learn, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to connect with people and build working relationships.
- Customer service mentality and willingness to resolve issues completely.
- Minimal travel possible (0-5%).
- PMP or Scrum Master certification a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support Engineering and Product Management teams to properly scope, integrate, and deliver software changes in a fast-paced Agile development environment.
- Lead and/or support cross-functional initiatives representing Engineering to ensure requirements are accurately captured and ultimately get realized.
- Complete ownership of the project development lifecycle and project team task tracking, utilizing existing hybrid Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proactive identification, escalation, and resolution of dependencies, risks, and prioritization conflicts.
- Understand development processes and procedures within Device Engineering, including integrated firmware project requirements for successful product design and delivery.
- Establish consistent guidelines to measure project milestones, effectively prioritize deliverables, and manage cross-project dependencies to meet delivery goals. Create solutions to easily aggregate information spread across projects and technical groups.
- Coordinate with local and remote team leads and members to succeed with the use of project management techniques and task tracking platforms.
- Communicate with and report on projects to Engineering Leads, Product Management, and Program Management on a weekly basis.
- Maintain and improve Engineering processes and documentation where there are opportunities, including formal delivery of documentation to 3rd parties, as needed.
- Help align internal Engineering teams as they scale team members internationally and bring on new devices and engineering features.
- Step in to own and execute on specific project tasks, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or Scrum Master certification a plus.
