Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master’s degree preferred
  • 12+ years in enterprise SaaS or related technologies with a strong external network, proven success in strategic partnerships, C-level relationships, and large-deal execution
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through strategic partnerships with GSIs (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, PwC), hyperscalers, and RSIs
  • Data-driven leader with a track record of strategic planning and operational excellence
  • Skilled in scaling pipelines, managing KPIs, and working with regional VP teams
  • Willing to travel 30–50%, including frequent visits to Seattle and the San Francisco Bay Area

Responsibilities

  • Developing comprehensive Global Account Plans (GAPs) for assigned GSI partners with measurable objectives to increase market share and revenue
  • Orchestrating C-suite to field-level relationships through structured business reviews and engagement models
  • Serving as the company’s executive ambassador to GSI leadership teams
  • Driving significant pipeline growth and revenue through joint solution development and co-selling initiatives
  • Executing global strategies through regional teams across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM
  • Creating scalable systems to multiply qualified opportunities and accelerate deal conversions
  • Championing our Agentic Automation vision and technology roadmap within the GSI ecosystem
  • Designing partner enablement programs that accelerate adoption and technical proficiency
  • Coordinating with broader alliance partners including hyperscalers to maximize market impact
