Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven experience working with 401K plans, audits, and payroll systems, specifically Paylocity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze employment history for all employees under the 401K plan to ensure compliance and accurate records.
- Identify and resolve issues related to terminations and re-hirings when employees transfer between entities.
- Work closely with the payroll system (Paylocity) to unwind complexities and ensure accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify questions and provide strategic recommendations for improving plan administration.
- Document findings and present detailed reports to management, outlining issues and action steps.
