Requirements
- At least one year of experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Work authorization in the United States
Responsibilities
- Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guests’ needs and requests
- Adds personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies
- Utilizes a variety of Four Seasons software to accurately track guest’s needs and preferences
