Requirements
- 6+ years of Data engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data (e.g., pandas, dataframes, data manipulation, etc.)
- Hands-on production experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery)
- Experience building ETL and ELT pipelines using tools such as Debezium, DMS, StreamSets, or DBT
- Familiarity with job orchestration tools such as Airflow and Jenkins.
- Experience with data stream processing tools such as Kafka, Spark, or Flink.
- Availability for off-hours on-call support.
- Experience in mentoring engineering teams to foster their career growth and technical skills, whether as a Tech Lead (TL), Software Architect, or hands-on Engineering Manager.
- Able to work in-office 5 days a week in Las Vegas (relocation assistance available for brand new Vegas HQ)

- Experience in the Gaming Industry (ideally).
- Proficient in Java (Spring Boot or similar framework) or Python (Flask or similar framework) for backend development.
- Experience building out segmentation platforms.
- Supported Business Intelligence and User Acquisition functions.
- Machine Learning (ML) experience.
- Experience with recognized industry patterns, methodologies, and techniques.
