Requirements

  • Life, Health & Accident License required
  • 5–10 years of experience in insurance, healthcare, or employee benefits industry
  • Demonstrated success leading program or service offerings
  • Experience working with brokers, clients, and vendor partners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Project management experience with ability to prioritize and execute under deadlines
  • Experience building presentations and developing professional client-facing materials
  • Strong attention to detail and high degree of initiative

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the SME for all ERChealth program elements, supporting clients, brokers, and internal teams.
  • Lead all aspects of communications and brand representation for ERChealth, ensuring messaging consistency and high-quality content across platforms.
  • Manage vendor partner relationships (e.g., Anthem, Marathon Health), acting as liaison and addressing issues as they arise.
  • Create and maintain the annual communication calendar; generate content for webinars, presentations, and campaigns.
  • Host monthly onboarding webinars for both clients and members; participate in meetings and events as the ERChealth representative.
  • Partner with the program’s ERChealth Practice Leader to develop and refine data sets that support the client experience and program reporting.
  • Build client-facing materials such as renewal summaries, engagement reports, value analysis, and presentation decks in collaboration with the internal team.
  • Support prospecting and business development initiatives by providing SME-level guidance and presenting to prospective clients and brokers.
  • Assist with developing innovative ideas to advance program offerings and enhance client value.
  • Respond to client, broker, and member inquiries when escalated support is needed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including design and marketing partners to create branded materials.
  • Track and evaluate vendor advancements and bring forward recommendations for improvement or innovation.
