Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • High School Graduate
  • 4 or more years of project management, consultation, or client relationship management work experience ideally within healthcare or a large organizational setting
  • Experience with data analysis, survey administration, and outcome measurement in program evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations for assigned well-being programs and initiatives.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of projects that align with system-wide well-being goals.
  • Track program milestones and deliverables, ensuring progress is documented and communicated to stakeholders.
  • Engage stakeholders across departments and disciplines to build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships that support program success and integration.
  • Prepare materials and facilitate meetings, workgroups, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Support data collection and analysis to inform continuous improvement and impact measurement.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including timelines, reports, SOPs, and communications.
  • Liaise with internal departments, committees, and clinical units to support program integration and adoption.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for pilots, events, and program rollouts.
  • Champion a culture of well-being, psychological safety, and inclusion throughout all project work.
  • Help develop and maintain well-being resources, including onboarding materials for new employees.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with healthcare professionals.
  • Familiarity with healthcare well-being principles and organizational change management preferred.
