Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technical training is a plus.
- ASE certification or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience as an automotive technician, ideally with Cadillac vehicles.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with automotive repair tools and diagnostic equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Cadillac vehicles to dealership standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Use advanced diagnostic equipment and tools to ensure precision.
- Communicate findings and service recommendations to clients and service advisors.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Stay updated with the latest technical bulletins, service updates, and training sessions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Automotive technical training is a plus.
- ASE certification or equivalent preferred.
