Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in managing all phases of the recruitment process, ideally across a variety of functions and levels.
  • Proven ability to leverage a strong network of candidates and industry contacts within the medical, clinical research, or life sciences space to proactively source and engage top talent.
  • Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders.
  • Ability to align talent acquisition strategies with broader organizational goals.
  • Assessment Design: Experience setting or refining assessment standards to ensure fair, consistent, and predictive hiring outcomes.
  • Strong team player who works seamlessly across People teams and other departments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities.
  • Tools & Systems Proficiency: Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever), sourcing tools, and HR analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruiting processes from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers by providing insights on talent market trends, best practices, and hiring strategies.
  • Collaborate with the People team to establish scalable recruiting processes, tools, and frameworks.
  • Develop and implement consistent, equitable, and effective standards for candidate assessment and selection.
  • Cultivate strong relationships across departments to deeply understand team needs and culture.
  • Champion an inclusive hiring process that attracts diverse talent and enhances employer brand.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve candidate experience by gathering feedback and identifying areas for enhancement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a high-growth or cross-functional environment.
  • Experience contributing to DEI hiring initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of employer branding and talent marketing.
